Beginning July 1st 2021, if you are an injured worker eligible to receive workers’ compensation benefits from GCG Risk Management Inc. you may Opt. to receive your benefits via direct deposit.
Direct Deposit is only available if you were injured in the course of your employment with one of the following employers:
- One Brooklyn Health System (Brookdale Hospital, Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center, or Interfaith Medical Center)
- St. Barnabas Hospital
- Northport E. Northport UFSD
If you would like exercise your option to receive your workers’ compensation benefits via direct deposit please download and complete the “GCG Direct Deposit Authorization Form”. Once completed, the form can be mailed to:
